1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
1.1 Legal compliance
This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October 2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
1.2 Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your purchase. We are obliged to refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation.
1.3 How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days 'cooling off' period, please email us at: info@natures-solutions.co.uk or write to us at: Nature's Solutions, 56 baker street, Stirling, FK8 1DB,. Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us the Order no.
1.4 Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase with this 7 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full. If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period.
1.5 Limitations to the 7 day cooling off period
If your order has been despatched before you have informed us of your decision, you must return the goods immediately at your own expense in a resaleable condition. (Please follow the procedure set out in section 1.7)
1.6 Returns and refunds outside the 7 day cooling off period
Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
1.7 Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 7 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to: Nature's Solutions, 56 Baker street, Stirling FK8 1DB. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to enclose your returns slip.
1.8 Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and resaleable condition within 7 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
1.9 Refunds for customer’s delivery costs
The customer’s returns costs shall be refunded by cheque when:
(i) The good(s) is/are proved faulty or have been damaged in transit on delivery to the customer
(ii) We have been notified of the fault/damage within 7 days of delivery via email or post
(iii) The good(s) have been returned to Nature's Solutions.
(iv) You have provided proof of delivery costs with your returns.
These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.
1.10 Discretionary refunds
Please note the following:
(i) Returned goods that are claimed to be damaged/faulty but are proved not to be shall be classed as unwanted goods. In such a case, s. 1.8 shall be applied.
