Flying Owl

This lovely detailed wooden flying owl ornament depicts an owl about to fly. It is a lovely gift for those owl lovers and a beautiful ornament for any home. This owl carving have been created using a tropical wood known as parasite wood. It gets its name from a parasite that causes the wood to deform into mushroom like growths. The growths are then cut away to leave the most awesome naturally created shapes. These ornaments have been personally handmade for Siiren under their strict fair-trade guideline
